(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received August 21, 10.0 a.m. ADELAIDE, Aug. 21. Flood waters from the Murray broke the banks with a roar yesterday and poured over the low-lying land near Mannum. The residents forsook their homes and fled, driving stock before them. The lower end of Mannum is flooded, while the water is creeping into the main streets. The farmers have suffered great loss.
