SEQUEL TO HOLD-UP.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 20. Arrested at New Plymouth on Saturday, Florence Winstone, aged 27, married, and Jack Winstone, alias George Morton, aged 21, a seaman, were charged to-day that, being armed with a five-chambered revolver, they robbed Maurice Guthrie of a cheque book and with being found at New Plymouth in possession of a revolver and a compressed air pistol otherwise than for some lawful and proper purpose. The first charge relates to the armed liold-up on Shelly Bay Road on August 7. Accused were remanded till August 26.
