There is one childless married couple to every seven families and one car to every eight families in Britain. Hon. George S. Henry, Premier of Ontario, in discussing traffic accidents, said that if motorists continued to violate speed laws it might be necessary so to adjust automobiles that it would be impossible for them to exceed the legal limit—which in Ontario is 35 miles an hour. Mr Henry refuses to entertain the suggestion that speed limits be abolished.
