GANDHI NOT TO ATTEND LONDON CONFERENCE.—FoIIowing what is termed an unsatisfactory reply from the Viceroy concerning a grievance in the collection of land tax at Gujerat, the Indian Nationalist leader has announced that he will not attend the London Round-Table Conference.
