A NEW DIGNITY.
BADGE FOR SEA COOKS. Sea cooks, who hitherto have been the objects of. verbal obloquy, have been raised to a now dignity, says a London message. It is not yet disclosed, however, whether tho badge of tho new Naval Cooks Branch created by the Admiralty will be a gilt toasting fork or a worsted frying-pan on the upper coat sleeve.
