MILLIONAIRE BARONET.
LEAVING INDIA FOR CHINA. Sir Victor Sassoon, a millionaire baronet, with vast business interests throughout India, and owner of large racing stables in India and England, is leaving India for China, where he foresees immense possibilities. He said that the Indian political situation did not encourage launching out into big schemes, and he envisaged much internal disturbance. He referred to Indian feeling against foreigners, who, he said, were accused of exploitation, whereas China welcomed foreigners.
