THOUSAND GUESTS AT THE PALACE. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (British Official Wireless.) Received July 24, 11 a.m. RUGBY, July 23. The King and Queen gave a garden party at Buckingham Palace this afternoon. There were a thousand guests, and invitations were specially issued to the foreign representatives attending the Seven Power Conference, with several of whom His Majesty conversed.
