The Feilding Wednesday games f resulted in Pirates beating Marton by two goals to one.

RUGBY FOOTBALL.

The following will play for Wanderers against Rangiwahia at Khvitea in the Oroua Sub-Union to-morrow.: Sandilands, Jaggard, Shand, Ferguson, Brown, Steel, Lawson, Norris, Usmar, Kempe, Williams, Miers, Jansen, Kilgour (2). Emergencies: Jansen and Booth.

INDOOR BOWLS.

A challenge rink —Bros. Noble, Edwards, Worsfold, Rodgers (skip) beat the holders of the Foresters’ Buttons Bros. Rosanoski, Hastie, Martin, Raynor (skip)—in an indoor bowls match by 22 points to 20.

DRAUGHTS.

Wednesday night’s games of the Feilding Draught’s Club resulted: Johnson 3v. Campbell 1; Ansford 2J v. Christian i (one to play); Redmayne 3J v. Dye J; Boddv 4 v. P. Guy 0; Watt 3 v. McGill 1; H. Guy 3 v. Cooper 1.

BRIDGE EVENING

A flag bridge party was held by tbs Feilding Lawn Tennis Club last night, the proceeds being in aid of the Feilding distress fund. About 60 players were present and it is expected that approximately £lO will be available for-the fund as a result of the function. The final of the games found Miss Entwisle and Mr and Mrs Jameson with the same number of flags as Mrs E. Fair, Mrs Robinson and Miss Redwood, the decision being in favour of the'latter party. A competition for a ham was won by Mr Kilford.
