SURVEY FLIGHT.

Sir Alan Cobham, the distinguished airman, will Shortly make a special survey flight to Central Africa in a Short-Bristol seaplane. A number of experts will be on board as the object of the flight is to test the possibility of a seaplane route from the Nile by way of the Great Lakes to Congo. The machine which has a remarkable climbing capacity has accommodation for 1G passengers.
