CONQUERORS OF COCHET.
Nigel Sharpe, who l>eat Henri Cochet at Wimbledon, is not the only British player who has beaten France’s “wonder man” of lawn tennis lately. In the final of the Italian championship. at Milan a few weeks ago, G. P. Hughes, who has represented Great Britain in Davis Cup matches, beat Cochet 6—4. 6—3. 6—2. But for some time past Cochet has not had the best of health. i
