The Journal’s special correspondent at Rome interviewed Signor Mussolini and asked what was tlip exact point of friction between the Church and the State.

Signor Mussolini is expected to preside. It will bo interesting to observe the Vatican’s reaction to the Duce’s move in view of the Pope’s recent condemnation of birth control.
