WHEAT MARKETING.
Received April 18. 12.5 p.m. VANCOUVER, April 1/. A message from Regina (Saskatchewan) states: —“One hundred per cent wheat pooling as a remedy for the alleged abuses under grain futures marketing appeared to-day for the first time as a topic of discussion before the Royal Commission, headed by Sir Josiah Stamp, which is probing the effects of futures trading on prices to tHe producer. Under the so-called perfect pool plain grain futures would be abolished.”
