CASH CLUB’S MEETING
{A cycling meeting was held at the Sportsground this afternoon by the Counties Cash Cycling-Club. The officials were Messrs W. Collins (secretary), J. Butler (starter), and C. Jennings (handicapper). Results np to the time of going to press are as follow: Half Mile Handicap.—W. Collins (30 yards) 1; A. Ellis (syds.) 2; E. Burrell (syds.) 3. Won by a wheel. Time, lmin. 9 2-Gsec.
One Mile Handicap.—A. Ellis (10 yards) 1; W. Collins (60yds.) 2; Henricksen (210yds.) 3. Won by three lengths. Time, 2min. 23 1-Ssec. Two Mile Handicap.—E. Burrell (15yds.) 1; A. Ellis (15yds.) 2; S. Ward (60yds.) 3. Won by half a wheel. Time, smin. 41 2-ssec. Running races for children during the afternoon resulted as follow: —100 yards girls’ handicap.—D. Cowie 1; H. Collins 2, K. Greening 3. 100 yards boys’ handicap.—A. Johnston 1, R. Howe 2. C. Mechen 3. 100 vards boys’ handicap (age restriction! —R. Howe 1. A. Johnston and C.
