MISS BONNIE MEALING’S PERFORMANCE.
SYDNEY, Dec. 1
Swimming backstroke in her heat of the 150 yards free style championship of New South AVales, Bonnie Mealing covered the distance in lmin 54 3-ssec, beating her own and the world’s record by three-fifths of a second.
The best time for free style was registered" by Jean Cocks, who beat Dulcie Raine in lmin 49 4-ssec.
