NO IMPROVEMENT FOR LONG. TIME. VICTORIA (British Columbia), Dec. 6. Asked what lie thought of the financial position in Australia, on arrival here en route to England, Sir Otto Niemeyer declared it to be serious. He said that no improvement could be expected for a long time.
