Mr D. W 7 Low was welcomed as the guest of the Palmerston North Rotary Club to-day.
Messrs B. J. Jacobs and A. J. Pliillipps will represent the Palmerston North Rotary Club at the annual conference in Dunedin in February.
Congratulations were extended by the chairman, Mr J. A. Nash, M.P., at the meeting of the ManawatuOroua Power Board to-day to Mr P. J. Small on being elected as the representative of the primary producers on the Unemployment Board. Mr Nash added that Mr Small’s services would be of great value.
