HOLD-UPS IN SYDNEY.
SYDNEY, Sept. 21. There were two armed hold-ups last night. At Waterloo, Ernest Russell, a garage employee, was compelled to hand over £2O to a couple of foot-pads who menaced him with a revolver. At Paddington, John Harris was waylaid by a man who searched his pockets and stole five shillings.
