INDIAN DISORDERS.
GOODS TRAIN WRECKED. DELHI,. Sept. 19. An attempt to derail an express train travelling from Delhi to Calcutta, near Karchara, failed. ■ A goods train which preceded it was derailed, and the engine and twelve waggons telescoped. The crew escape ed injury. A large section of the permanent way was tampered with, the rails beincf placed upside-down and the fishplates and bolts removed.
