BRITISH CABINET.
IMPORTANT MEETINGS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 17. The first of a series of three Cabinet councils to be held on successive days took place this morning. The Prime Minister, Mr Ramsay MacDonald, presided, and all the members, except the Foreign Secretary, who is at Geneva, were present. It is understood that unemployment and various departmental questions are the principal subjects to be discussed.
