ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIP. Received August 14, 10.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, Aug. 13. Walter Lindrum said in an inter.-* view before leaving for England: “There is one condition on which I amgoing to insist in the English billiards championship. If it is won by McConachy, it shall be contested next, year in New Zealand, and if by me, then in Australia.”
