FLYING DISASTER.

INQUEST ON VICTIMS. CAUSE OF TRAGEDY UNKNOWN. Received August 14, 10.5 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 13. The Coroner, at the resumed inquest on the Moepham flying tragedy, said lie was satisfied the machine was not overloaded. There waa no evidence of faulty material or bad workmanship. The jury returned a verdict that the deaths were due to the machine breaking up in the air, the cause being unknown. A British air taxi from Le Touquet to Croydon crashed near Gravesend on July 21 and four men and two women —The Marquis of Dufferin and Ava, Sir Edward Ward, Colonel G. Henderson (pilot), the Viscountess Ednam, Mrs . Henrik Loeffler and Mr C. Shearing (second pilot)—wero killed.
