BOXING.
BOUT AT BLENHEIM. Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, Aug. 12. Hector Leckie and Lou Bloom fought at catch weights over 15 rounds for a purse of £IOO to-night. Leckie got a points decision. The bout was interesting, but not thrilling, both boxing warily. Bloom, who was slow to begin, went well in the middle of the fight and then slackened until toward the end, when the pace was willing. Leckie had a clear margin, and the verdict in liis favour was popular, as he was the aggressor throughout.
