The Hawera Boxing Association last night approved of a contract for a return bout at Hawera on June 6 between Tommy Donovan and Billy Grime, who met previously, on April 24, when Donovan won on a foul. The threatened action against the Eltham Argus at the suit of Pete Sarron, claiming £3OO damages for alleged libel in the newspaper's report of the Sarron-Donovan fight at New Plymouth, will not reach Court.
