Tho W.E.A. class in drama will meet in lh« Oroua Hall, at 8 p.m. on Thursday, when Bernard Shaw’s well-known plav, ‘‘Major Barbara,” will be road by members. This is the newest of Shaw’s plavs to be read by the class, and at the next meeting Mrs Hannah will lecture on Shaw and his plays. All interested are invited to attend. A new counter has been opened at C. and C. s, and it is confidently believed that it will be appreciated by our many clients. It is called the Daily Bargain Table, and ns situated opposite the main entrance. Each day will find a fresh bargain on this table and the values offered are reallv marvellous.
