FOOTBALL AT SHOW.
SOME GOOD FIXTURES. Attractive football fixtures have been arranged by the general committee of the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association for the Winter Show, and an outline of tho programme was given at tho monthly meeting held to-day. It was reported that matches had been arranged between Massey College and Lincoln College, Palmerston North Boys’ High School and Te Ante; High School second fifteen and Feilding Agricultural High School; a soccer match ; Te Kawau-Oroua v. Manawhomia, or Te Kawau v Oroua; St. Patrick’s College (Wellington) v. Sacred Heart College (Auckland). The president (Mr L. B. Wall) stated tliat the committee could be congratulated on arranging such good fixtures. Mr McDonald was accorded a vote of thanks for liis work in that direction.
