The negotiations with Britain have not been definitely broken off.” declared Nahas Pasha, Premier, when ho and the others of the delegation arrived to-day. A huge crowd deliriously welcomed the delegates and broke the police cordon and halted the Premier’s car. Tho Foreign Minister said in an interview that he hoped the negotiations would soon be resumed. Tho breakdown was not a failure, but a step toward final success.
