INCIDENT AT THEATRE.
PLUCKY GIRL USHERS. YOUTH TAKEN BY POLICE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Alay 19. Alisscs E. Gunn and Al. Cleaver, girl ushers at the Civic Theatre, pluckily attempted to hold a youth they found in a dressing room on Saturday night. First Aliss Gunn and then Miss Cleaver grasped him, but he struggled free and fled toward the circle, where lie was caught by an attendant. When taken in charge by the police an unloaded revolver was found on him. At the Court to-day, a youth under the age of sixteen was charged with theft, being in unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawfully on premises, and was remanded to the Children’s Court.
