UNDEFENDED DIVORCES.
RESERVED JUDGMENT. v Reserved judgment in the divorce petition of Iva May Stanley, schoolteacher, of Foxton, against iter bus-, band. Norman Ernest Stanley, was given by Hus Honour tho Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supremo Court at Palmerston North yesterday. The petition was based upon tho grounds of mutual separation for the prescribed period of three years. His Honour, in granting a decree nisi, to be made absolute in three months, exEressed tlie opinion that respondent ad acquired a domicile in New Zealand. DECREE ABSOLUTE. A decree absolute was granted by His Honour to Isobel Henry, of Palmerston North, who petitioned against William James Henry, salesman of Palmerston North. His Honour directed that the custody of the child should be given to potitionor and also, by consent, permanent maintenance at £1 7s 6d per week.
