(From Our'Own Correspondent.)" TOKOMARU, May 15. Mr and .Mrs .N 1 Moody left -during the week for New Plymouth. . Mr. and Mrs M. Parr and'. daughter' June were the. guests of Mr and Mrs W. Parr during tho week. Mrs A.. Burt left; for Dunedin last Monday. Tho, Misses G. .and V. Guy are at presont visiting relations at, Hawera. Mr J. Walker; o'f Dannevirke, who has been tho guest of Mr. and' Mrs J, Smith, returned to his. home last week. On Saterday last tho football. .team journeyed fo Foxton to play the* first game in tho second, round,' but- they were, unfortunate from tho start as ono of, the prominent playors, R.. Guy, had his’feg fractured and was later romoved to tho Palmerston North Hospital. A.. .Wobb later was forced to leave the field with an injured log. The game ended with tho score being 19—nil in • h'oxton’s favour. ,
