FATAL KNIFE ATTACKS.
YOUTHS THE VICTIMS. Received May 13, 1.50 a.m. BERLIN, May 12. Panic prevails at Ratibon, in Upper Silesia, following a senes of baffling knife attacks on youths, two of which have been fatal. , The people' believe that the Dusseldorf vampire” is at work, as at Dusseldorf there was no attempt at robthe first case the body of a schoolboy of sixteen was found in the woods, stabbed in tho heart and neck. Then a young commercial traveller was taken to hospital with ferocious gashes m the body. He reported that his assailant jumped upon him unseen. Finally a youthful tailor was found dead on Sunday morning close to the place where the schoolboy was killedThe police have arrested a Czech named Hauser, who is alleged to have been in possession of a blood-stained dagger, but the public refuse to be calmed.
