DELIVERED TO-DAY* MR SNOWDEN’S REQUIREMENTS. IMPOSITION OF SUPERTAX. (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 14, 10.0 a.m. LONDON, April 13. Mr Philip Snowden, Chancellor of the Exchequer, will deliver his Budget speech at 4 p.m. on Monday. It is forecasted that Mr' Snowden will require an additional £30,000,000 or £40,000,000 from the taxpayers. It is expected that the supertax will begin at £ISOO instead of £2OOO.
