OATH TO BANISH WAR.
FRENCH AND GERMAN EX-SER-VICEMEN. ""PARIS, April 10. The Matin states that M. Briand will participate in the August battlefields pilgrimage with 10,000 French and German ex-servicemen. The exservicemen, after touring the regions where they fought will take a solemn oath “to banish war from the human conscience.” The President of the German Reichstag will also participate.
