MANAWATU LEADS.
A. AND P. ASSOCIATION’S POSITION. ; , PRESIDENT’S BELIEF., . The conviction that the Manawatu A. and P. Association maintained the premier position in New Zealand was voiced by the retiring president, Mr J. Linklater, M.P., at the annual meeting yesterday.’ “We have good reason to De proud of the heritage those old members passed on to us,” he said. “Let us not suffer any depreciation of our shows. On the contrary, we should express our faith and pride in our association which is without doubt the leading one in the Dominion. Let there not be any, decrying of our work, but let every member get behind the association and wd cannot fail to maintain the lead.’’
