BRITAIN AND RUSSIA.
PROGRESS OF NEGOTIATIONS. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 10, 11 a.m. RUGBY, April 9. Replying to questions in the House of Commons to-day, Mr Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, said that he -hoped to be able to make a statement in the near future regarding the progress of the negotiations with the Soviet Ambassador.
