A DENIAL.

Sir, —Owing to a report having been circulated in the district, I wish to deny that I created a disturbance in any way or objected to tho tabling of any exhibits whatever at the last Show held at Dannevirke on February 11, and I will willingly refer anyone to Mr Quigley, “Secretary,” or his staff who will verify this statement. —I am, etc., A.
