GENERAL FORECAST. There is still a rather shallow cyclone located in the Tasman Sea. Conditions aro still disturbed to the f ar north-east of the Dominion. Light <o moderate northerly winds, freshening somewhat. A considerable swell on the East Coast, but otherwise smooth to moderate seas.' Moderate northerly winds and moderate seas in the Eastern Thsman Sea. Weather fair to cloudy and jnild, with scattered rains gradually developing. Alist or fog in parts of the East Coast, DISTRICT REPORT. COLDER CONDITIONS.
