TO TOUR ABROAD.
PALMERSTONIANS LEAVE THIS WEEK. Dr. E. C. Barnett and family leave Palmerston North to-morrow to • join the Corinthic at Wellington for England. Mr James Wallace and Miss Helen Wallace wilt join the same vessel and. will leave for Wellington either to-night or to-morrow. Messrs. C. E. Dem'psy, J. Oswald Telford and F. W. Connell left Palmerston North to-day for Wellington to join the Tahiti en route to England. Rey. J. Ernest Parsons and family were passengers by the same vessel. Mr and Mrs T. R. Hodder will leave Auckland on April 30 by the Port Hobart direct for New York. Mr Connell, who is the clerk of the Kairanga County Council, was wished bon 'voyage by councillors to-day. •Mr N. I. Nielsen will act as county clerk during his absence," " -
