YOUNG PLAN.
RATIFIED BY SENATE. RHINELAND - EVACUATION. PARIS, April C. The Senate ratified the Young Plan by 284 rotes to eight. During the debate, M. Tardieu, Premier, stated that France early in the week would send a Note to Germany demanding the destruction of certain fortifications before the evacuation of the Rhineland.
