AUCKLAND TOURNAMENT. Per Press Association. TE AROHA, March 11. The Auckland Polo Association opened a five days’ tournament yesterday in fine weather, thirteen teams competing. In the junior championship, Whangarei beat Wailiou B by 8 goals to two.
In the provincial championship, Matangi beat Cambridge by 9to 0. Te Awamutu beat Waimai B by 8 to 5. Waimai A beat Waihou 4 to 3.
