DESTRUCTIVE FIRE.

SEVEN PEOPLE INJURED

Received February 24, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 23. There was an outbreak of fire at the big paint works of Major Brothers and Company, Limited, Cabarita last night. It was a spectacular blaze. There were frequent explosions, which sent showers of 6parks and flaming paint and oil high into the air. Sixty firemen had a difficult task to keep the blaze from spreading to other properties. One civilian and six firemen were injured.

The damage to the building and stock is estimated at £IOO,OOO.
