No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the entrance fees. 5. The decision of the judges or judge shall bo final in every competition. 6. The committee reserve, the right of refusing any entry, making any change in the programme postponing or abandoning the sports if necessary, by weather or other circumstances of which they shall be sole judge. 7. All events, five competitors or no second prize. Three competitors or no event. 8. All competitors must be in readiness when called as the events must come off in tho order stated. Any competitor misconducting himself will beexcluded from the competition and if he should have successfully competed, he must forfeit the prize.
