CHARGE AGAINST KRUPPS. . SALES TO ENGLAND. GERMAN AUTHOR’S REVELATION (United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received February 24, 11 a.m. BERLIN, Feb. 23. The Public Prosecutor is investigating charges of treason against the munitions firms of Krupp and Thyssen, following allegations in Herr Otto Ruschbueld’s book entitled “The Bloody International of Armament,” that the firm of Krupp sold infantry shields to England for 68s each, while charging Germany 128 s; also that the firm sold fuses' to England. The writer alleges that both firms sent munitions to England via Holland and Switzerland; also, that the exIvaiser insisted on orders being given to the firm of Krupp, whose material was inferior, owing to a personal interest in that concern.
