ORION MOTOR CYCLE CLUB.

PICNIC AT CHELTENHAM. Several hundred people were present at the picnic and sports held by the Orion Motor Cycle Club at Cheltenham yesterday. There was good competition in the sports. Some of the events were conducted on a circular track. The grounds were very suitable and the outing was a popular one. Winners of the events were: —Slow race, E. Deadman (25 entries); thrcad-the-needie race, E. Pink and Miss Simpson (19 entries); tilting the ring (solo), W. Miller.(4B entries); tilting the ring (pillion), J. Mannery and Miss Turner (39 entries): potato race. W. Miller and Miss Dyer (34 entries); musical chairs, Norman Bruce and Miss Dyer (18 entries); one mile, 15 mile an hour speed averaging test, F. Rasmussen (33 entries); two mile, 18 mile an hour speed averaging test, Norman Bruce (29 entries); three mile, 20 mile an hour speed averaging test, A. £>hapleski (23 entries).
