ZOUBKOFF AS COCKTAIL MIXER. Alexander Zoubkoff, who married the late Princess Victoria, the exKaiser’s sister, and who has • become engaged to a pretty barmaid, by whom he is being financed, is seeking permission to accept employment as a cocktail-mixer in a Cologne cafe. Almost immediately after Zoubkoff, a young Russian waiter, had married Princess Victoria, he began a course of high living. He squandered his wife’s money, and so neglected and ill-treated her that she began a suit for divorce. Before this could be heard she died.
