Then Grecnline drew up to Figure, with First Arrow still prominent and Amounis coming rapidly. Near the post Grecnline headed off Figure, but, Amounis with a brilliant run beat him by a length. Figure was a neck away, with First Arrow fourth, followed by Parkwood and Gallopade. Cosy Rug was last. The winner received a remarkable ovation. Time, lmin. 27J.sec.
