(From Our Own Correspondent.) BUNNYTHORPE, Feb. 21. The annual excursion of the Bunnythorpe, Hiwinui, Taonui and Kelvin Grove schools took place last week at Plimmerton when a largo number availed themselves of tho opportunity of spending a day at the seaside. Though the day was slightly cold a pleasant time was spent. Tho combined committee are to be congratulated on their excellent arrangements in catoring for the children and parents, especially on the train journeys. Thanks are also due to those who rendered valuable assistance to the committee, especially Mr C. Hyde and Mr Gallop. The Bunnythorpe Tennis Club played a friendly gamo on the Colyton courts on Tuesday which resulted in a win for Bunnythorpe by 9 sets, 71 games, to Colyton’s 7 sets, 66 games.
