NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Palmerston North Borough Council, held on Monday, the lOtn day of February, 1U3I) ,the following resolution was passed and 'will be submitted for confirmation at the meeting of the Council, held on the -17th day of March, 1930, >»t 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, the Square, Palmerston North:— “That the Palmerston North Bortough Council accept a surrender of the term, right, title and interest of William Pegden in and to that part of Lot 11 on Deposited Plan No. 545, Sart of Section 1536, Palmerston forth, containing five (5) acres, and being the land comprised in Memorandum of Lease Registered Number 5.5632 (Wellington Registry), and to crant four separate leases of the said Lind as divided into four allotments shown on the plan hereto annexed, to the said William Pegden at the yearly I’ental following, that is to say: 1. For Lot 1 shown on the said plnn containing 1 acre 20.6 perches, £l3 Os Bd.
