CALEDONIAN SOCIETY.
ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Manawatu Caledonion Society Mr D. B. McEwen presided over a fair attendance. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. ... Regret was voiced at the inability of the secretary (Mr W. McKenzie) to attend owing to illness, and a resolution of sympathy was passed. Votes of thanks to the president and secretary for their past good work were carried. Officers were elected aa follow for the ensuing year: Patron. Mr J. BalsiUie; president, Mr D. B.
