Reecived September 4, 10.10 a.m. ADELAIDE,-Sept. 4. The annual report of the South Australian railways for the year shows an actual loss of £1,152,166. MELBOURNE, Sept. 4. The Victorian railways account for the financial year shows a deficit of £02,829. '
