FATAL COLLISION.
CORONIAL ENQUIRY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 31. At an inquest held to-day. the coroner returned a verdict of death as the result of injuries received in a collision between the deceased, Hermont Archibald Kiernan, aged 31, who was riding a bicycle, an da motor-car driven by J. F. Donovan. The accident occurred on the night of August 14 in Petone, deceased receiving a fracture of the base of the skull.
